About the Department
The Department consists of 20 faculty members, two staff members, some 50 graduate students, and about 150 undergraduate philosophy majors. The faculty have a wide range of interests throughout contemporary analytic philosophy, with special strengths in the areas of cognitive science, ethics and value theory, logic and language, and the philosophy of science.
